An electrical installation shaped around how you live today—logically planned, neatly integrated and ready for future needs.
08 — Electrical works
Sockets, lighting and power supplies need planning before walls and floors close. A considered layout avoids visible cabling, awkward positions and expensive later changes.
SVIS delivers electrical preparation, renewal and extensions within renovation and new-build projects. Any inspection or specialist connection is clearly coordinated in advance.

Frequently asked questions
Can you fully renew an old installation?
Yes, after checking the board, wiring, earthing and required expansion. The quotation defines what will be replaced.
Do you arrange the electrical inspection?
Where included in our scope, we coordinate the required documents and appointment with an authorised inspection body.
Can electrical work be planned with drywall installation?
Yes. Coordinating the framing, insulation and cable routes before closing the wall is strongly recommended.
